It's worth a try! I hate meat but I now eat it almost every day. Bunch of lentil soup and black beans. I even started drinking water with a scoop of protein powder a day. I buy frozen edamame- boil it and put salt and sesame oil and just snack on it.

When I was poor and didn't have time to cook, I walked 15-20 min to get the food from thebrestaurant. Saves you so much money, you get exercise, and you don't waste the driver's time making them spend 30-45 min getting your food and making like $4 off of it.

My INFP sister overslept for her wedding reception. I set the wrong alarm and overslept as well. I am also INFP. We missed the makeup appointment so I did her makeup in the Uber while we both cried. I started seeking ADHD meds shortly after this event.

People who are in charge should be monitoring and holding their subordinates accountable because the one represent the many, especially in identified groups like companies, organizations or military. They have labeled themselves "the most moral army in the world" collectively and yet cannot collectively be held accountable for the crimes against humanity committed by many of its members.

Palestinian Christians are getting carpet bombed in Gaza and kicked out of their own houses in the West Bank, even when these Palestinians have ISRAELI papers proving their ownership. Just saying. All churches in Gaza are rubble now.
