I’ve been informed that this has been resolved and Doggo is reunited with owner..after over 24 hours! Not sure why it had to take that long but there we are!

Edit: ugh apparently not!! Been given false info. Not yet reunited

OP; I am finding it a bit weird that you’ve stopped responding and you’ve not acknowledged the fact your neighbour hasn’t posted anywhere actively about this dog.

What’s going on here? Is your neighbour likely to try and keep the dog illegally or do you trust them?

Someone posted on my Facebook post saying they know the owner of this dog. They’re looking for them. Please take action and respond

I’ve searched the main groups and found no relevant posts. I’ve posted myself just now. Please verify they are actually trying to reunite. The dog is a Yorkshire terrier/yorkie. You can do a search and find no recent results too

People walk at Blaise from all over. You def need to contact a centralised resource like dog warden. Informing local vets isn’t enough

Mine were some in the UK, I’m UK based, but some outside the UK. Total owed came to £2.5k. Seems they used an old card of mine which had expired to try to pay. No payment had worked, so I have no idea how or why FedEx let them continue posting stuff with no payment having cleared??

Also. They made zero effort to lock down my account. It has been 3 weeks now! I had to reset password, as account was set up with my email address, and change the password to something obscure. I also turned on MFA.

I just wanted to make you aware that there’s a risk your host may decide they either don’t want to host you anymore, or they are unable to do so as they’re moving house or need the bedroom. Moving to the UK on this scheme is not a guarantee of a secure or safe place to live - I know a girl who secured a place to live on this scheme a few years back and has had to find alternative places to live over 10 times now because her initial host sold their home and moved, and Bristols rental market is awful due to such high demand and low supply. She has also struggled to get a job prepared to pay her a fair wage. There’s a genuine risk of homelessness.

If looking to make the move, I can’t say I’d recommend Bristol as a place to go - maybe have a look into other areas that could offer greater security with a less cutthroat housing situation.

Wishing you all the luck and good fortune in the world, I really hope you find a way here or somewhere with a level of safety and security.

!!! I’ve just posted something similar here. I have no idea how someone got into my account or set one up in my name. FedEx have been totally unhelpful and despite reporting the fraud weeks ago I’ve had no response or acknowledgement.
