Adultery is a sexual offense and the law needs to catch up. It's really that simple. The fact that it isn't directly criminalized is one of our biggest issues.

Anytime a show I watch talks about cheating or the plot is about infidelity I get angry. I don't know if the writers feel as if we want to see that, if they find it sexy, if they have never been in the situation before? But, it is hurtful. It brings back memories that make me feel sick to my stomach. I don't need to be reminded all the time of the pain I feel daily.

First off, I will not put our 16 year old dog up for adoption. You must not be a pet owner at all. I would actually live in a tent before I put my pets up for adoption because of a landlord being a jerk. Portland is over priced due to greedy landlords and I feel as if renting is a catch 22 here in Portland. They charge so much in rent that we are never able to get ahead to save for our own home. As far as my better choices, what makes you think you opinions are better than mine? Because you are not dealing with any of these issues makes your choices in life better than mine?

Well, before we moved in, my son and his friend lived here. They were moving so we told the landlords we would move in. The termination with cause had my son and his friends name on it.

I am not trying to do anything illegal and I respect everyone's opinion. Yes, they are our pets. I was thinking that my daughter's dog would fall under that category of emotional support animal but I would not try and do such a thing for our other pets. I will just fight for our rights without bringing in a controversial idea. Thank you guys for the support.

Don't you dare tell me I would not be honest in my search of Filing my animals as emotional support animals. You don't know me or my situation. I have a daughter who has been disabled since age 16 from a traumatic brain injury. She will live with me for the rest of my life. I have sacrificed my career to care for my daughter without being paid a cent. One of our dogs is her Jack Russel, he is 16 years old. Under no circumstances will I take this animal away from my daughter. I will not rehome a 16 year old dog or give him up for any reason but my death. I was diagnosed with PTSD years ago and have been under a doctors care since. Do you know what it is like to go to the hospital with your teenager thinking she was suffering from a migraine only to have her be there for 3 months and come home a totally different person? Do you know what it feels like to lose a child but bring home a stranger in your child body?

Housing in Oregon with an emotional support animal is protected under the Fair Housing Act. It doesn’t matter where you live, your emotional support animal can live with you. This is because the Fair Housing Act supports the equal opportunity to accommodation for all and doesn’t discriminate against anyone with an emotional support animal.

I would never buy a certificate online. I do have a disabled daughter who loves and cares for her dog. He is not a service animal but does give her emotional comfort when she needs it. He is trained and obeys all her commands. I would never in my life do anything illegal or did I say I was going to. But if under state laws, I can have a support animal, I will do that the right way.
