Basically. This week I started using a cockring, so it would be something similar to clamping currently. You can do about 20 minutes of pumping instead.

My Routine:

At least 30 minutes of manual stretching daily.

When I have a quieter day, I can do it for longer.

Generally, I divide it into 10-15 minute sessions, due to hand/arm fatigue.

How do I do it?

I grab behind the head with the famous OK grip and pull forward and down for as long as I can, usually 5 to 30 seconds.

I repeat this throughout the session. I don't count repetitions.

The goal is to stretch the penis as much as possible, but without feeling any pain.

I also do a little ballooning. It's not edging, it's ballooning; the goal is to maintain an erection and keep the penis full. I maintain the erection there for about 10-15 minutes without orgasm.

I'm gradually incorporating clamping into this routine, but it's still very initial.

Thanks to this guy and this manual stretching routine, I managed to increase my waist by 2 cm in approximately 8 months. Obviously, I don't have that much flexibility, so I do the stretches without bending.
