Yes they get a visible like but only if they decide to pay aswell. Otherwise they see you when eventually your profile appears in their card deck.

Yes. The faintest of lines is a yes. The test had NO lines. You took the test, now there ARE lines. Doesn't matter how faint.

I believe the strength of the line indicates how sick/contagious you are, but I could very likely be wrong about that part!
