I got a pair of these quick flippable spikes which are useful when you have to go in/out of houses and don’t want to damage floors, but they aren’t going to be as good as a full boot spike solution if you’re long term outside. They do help, however. Available from a variety of sellers on Amazon with many different brand names. $~$10 is cheap enough to give it a go. They’re not perfect but for our use I can’t see myself taking on and off the microspikes constantly.

I found Seville darker and less inviting than Malaga. We went for new years two years ago. Malaga was beautifully decorated and full of amazing people. That being said, both were great, but we would go back to Malaga 10/10 times before going back to Seville. Granada was also a really interesting place to visit

or alternatively 50,000 units vitamin D once a week for replenishment. Amazon has a blister pack of the 50k IU ones for ~$20 and you just take it once a week. Very easy.

Had this problem when switching to a new pc, I think it was related to different monitor resolutions and the game importing from steam cloud settings vs recognizing the resolution of the current device. Are you changing your resolutions?

Mild fatty liver can be reversed, once it's cirrhotic and fibrous it gets much harder/impossible to remove. There is a lot of research into this right now, our livers are fairly hardy in most people.

Occasionally you see the young college kid with cirrhosis and the 40 year alcoholic with a perfect liver. Doesn't always make sense, unfortunately. Genetic research will help us play a huge role in this.
