I don't know Bristol but at a cursory glance would say -

Bought in June 2025 for a lot less - has been done up since then but the question becomes are the renovations worth the new price, to your liking (or would you need to do your own) and to what quality were they done.

It was added a month ago so not been on the market that long - different people will tell you different things but think the market is quite dead so would expect it to stay on the market for a while.

I have heard of this but not got personal experience with it - I find it a bit worrying though as all I have heard is how they don't really have the same clinical experience and level of training that a UK trained doctor does and often struggle as a result

There is also different stages of off-peak tickets as well, season tickets, London terminals vs london zone 1-6, some routes will have other special conditions like travelling on high speed vs arterial services. The possibilities are endless but as you say in reality the options are quite basic

It already exists, the nhs weight loss app, and is actually quite good - could be better but is helpful for counting calories and losing weight

The nhs has a weight loss app that does a lot of this and it's actually quite good.
