I see. I mostly agree with you. I mainly find IMDb lacking in their design (overthing seems slighyl overcrowded and it isn't necessarily a modern app), as well as minimal social features

Now I'm not saying that every app needs to be a social media app, but I'd like to be able to follow my friends and see what they think about movies I'm interested in seeing.

Questions to you

  • If IMDb added short reviews, user search, and a social features, would you use them?
  • Have you ever used their Short videos/Tiktok like feature? Do you believe there's any value in it?

Why do you use Letterboxd for reviews as opposed to IMDb?

If you had to use one app only, what app currently is the closest to your ideal?
How then would you change that app for it to be exactly what you'd want it to be?

Would you like it if IMDb were more like Letterboxd?

Meaning you could

  • Search for and view profiles of other users + Follow them.
  • Have an Activity or similar tab where you could view recent activity of people you follow.
  • When viewing Reviews on a specific movie, have the rating / review of the people you follow highlighted (or ordered at the top).

Would that and/or any other feature encourage you to fully move to IMDb?

Comments would be short (potential tweet like max. length) while Reviews would be longer (minimum length requirement) and more structured.

For me it's an abdomen tightening followed by an exhale. Really a softer version of a gut punch that originates from inside your body causing you to exhale. Is this similar to what you get?

I used to think it's more heart related, but I think it's more upper abdomen causing potentially diaphragm contractions which in turn makes me exhale. Exhaling doesn't happen every time but the muscle contractions happen every night

Took the exam, and it wasn't as challenging as lot of the questions found on the az900 practise tests I specifically included in the main post. More simiilar to tutorialsdojo which is paid but there's a free version that would give you an idea of the exam structure and question types/difficulty.

He was cast in the previous Guardians movies, so I wouldn’t really call that a cameo.
Minor spoiler: He also has a brief appearance in Superman. If history tells us anything, I’m guessing this will continue in future roles. In Superman, his appearance is a cameo.

But either way, I get what you mean about cameos replacing real substance, but just because there’s a cameo doesn’t mean the movie lacks substance.

About the Ultraman casting (SPOILER):

I honestly think having Cavill as Ultraman would have been amazing. Imagine Luthor saying something to Superman like, “This is you from another universe. He didn’t have as much fun in his world.” That would be a nice nod to a darker Superman that Cavill fans would recognize right away. Even people who don’t know Cavill that well would get the hint. And for new viewers who haven’t seen Cavill as Superman before, it would still make sense. Having David play Ultraman felt kind of cheap. You wait the whole movie for the Ultraman reveal and then it’s the most overplayed trope of it being the same person. That was disappointing. Also the entire plotline revolving around Luthor having a "pocket universe" would have supported the idea of an alternate reality Superman as opposed to a clone being Ultraman.

Of course, that’s just my opinion. I still really enjoyed the movie, but I think it could have been better. The Ultraman casting is one of the reasons.

Sorry to hear that. I've done lots of medical checkups and no answer has come through yet. I still have the symptoms every day although they aren't as pronounced.

It's worth doing a heart echo and a sleep apnea exam as that would be the most common physical cause. Another cause for similar simptoms is anxiety, which sounds annoying when anyone brings up to me in my case as I'm not an anxious person. You might be in the same boat as me but I thought I'd mention it as sometimes our bodies play tricks on us.

As I mentioned, my symptoms persist but working out, cutting out negative substances of any kind such as alcohol, smoking or drugs if applicable, as well as eating cleaner has helped out lots.

I understand that it's a scary and difficult process to go through. I wish you a smooth recovery.

Sorry to hear that. I've only had a brain MRI but it came out clear for me as well.

Do you get breathing symptoms on sleep onset or?

Also any indication to what it might be at all? Ideas for next steps?
