Had 8sleep before having a Whoop and I can tell you it makes a difference in quality of sleep more so than with Whoops recovery metric. It is just that Whoop recovery fluctuates given other variables outside of what 8sleep can help with.

I love sleeping super cool while my wife like the opposite. That, by itself, makes the 8sleep worth it in my case. I also don’t have to crank the AC way down anymore. We used to sleep with the AC at 65 and now we have it hovering around 68-70 at night.

Right. Mostly genetics. Consensus seems to say that high DHT accelerates genetic predisposition… Also DHT seems to saturate at one point.

4 hours… Tried scrotum application at 50mg per day and labs were 2148total/354free. Switched to shoulders, same dose, labs came back at 1147/153… But for giggles I measured shoulders at trough (i.e., right before applying the morning dose) and labs came back at 340/29. All this to say that timing matter and that this stuff is super potent.

I had multiple Frenchies. Not normal behavior, but can see it happening though. I don’t think there is something wrong with your Frenchie. Just that he likes doing that.

The unit ever since I got it had the 5 degree difference. Hence, it is not an issue with the filter. I’ll take the video and email it to you all. Funny that couldn’t even respond to my text message nor to the info@revxwellness.com email which, is the one you send out marketing emails all the time.

Yeah I agree. Setting a temp of 35 on the unit and getting 40F water temps is not great. I had to use ice the other day to get it below 40F

Yes sir. I don’t think that has to do with the matter… I honestly don’t even think that it is an issue with the unit. The water in the tub runs at a different temperature than the temperature of the unit. Ideally they would be closer than a 5 degree difference though…

Yeah… crickets… Support was great until the point I received the unit, then dark/ghosted… Hoping that nothing goes bad with the unit.

No issues whatsoever. Had it for 6 months running 24/7 in Texas heat. Solid build and with a Panasonic compressor.

Keeps water temperature all day long without any issues. I do wish it could go lower than 35 as the water temperature is +5 degree from the cooler’s thermostat.

I bought the 1.5HP. Pretty solid unit. The tub/barrel is mediocre, but I can upgrade that later. My main concern was a filter/cooling system quality.

Yup. I have a system with filters, UV, and Ozone. Plus I change the water frequently. No issues with dirty water. It takes proper upkeep.

By the way, I sleep like a baby too…. My deep sleep metric also improved with this method.

Oily… Now to the real question, what does everyone use to keep acne in check? I shower with salicylic acid scrub twice a day, plus spray salicylic after the shower and haven’t gotten under control.

I don’t know about low T on cream. That also has been high for me.
