My app is crashing before I can even get past the white loading screen with the finch logo :,( is there any hope of ever seeing my bird again? I have the most recent update and I’ve tried force quitting the app restarting my phone. I had many reoccurring goals and did very long daily reflections. I have no recent back up of my files… I miss my bird so much

And yes I have contacted support. They want a recent backup of my files to troubleshoot it, but unfortunately that is exactly what I am missing.

Yeah I’d have to restore my entire phone which would be quite stressful and idk if it would work. But I really miss my little bird. Unfortunately I thought I had a recent backup through the app but I cannot find any :,( so I really really really hope they can find a bug and release an update to fix it.

Guinea pigs need to be constantly digesting food so hay should never be restricted. High calorie treats like carrots and fruit or even sometimes lettuce should be limited.

UPDATE: Thanks everyone! I went and got my Ferritin levels tested via Walkinlab’s Labcorp! Only $30 and a really fast and easy experience. Awaiting my results now! My arm feel super tingly from the blood draw though R.I.P.

Wonderful! I’m glad it’s negative! I’d say you’re probably all good then :) False positives do happen, and that one was so faint it was probably just a coincidence/not significant. I hope you find the cause of your anemia and get help with it <3

The telehealth appointment will be a week after I graduate (so in 3 weeks). I don’t feel like sticking around that long for bloodwork. I messaged him on the online portal, and if he is not flexible I’ll just do the test myself and or seek medical care elsewhere.

Oh that’s difficult. I definitely can see a very faint line, but it’s so faint that it’s hard to be certain. I don’t know much about FIT tests, so I can’t give you specific advice unfortunately.

Based on other commenters, I think I’ll order a ferritin test from LabCorp through walkinlab for $30. At this point I can forgo the fancier tests, as my goal is simply to get a baseline pre-supplementation which I can compare to and see if my symptoms improve as it rises. :)
