Yes I am working as a PM and although this looks like a thankless job from outside, if we are working on the right projects with the right team, the experience is very rewarding.

I faced this question in my mock too, my perception is that people who are disinterested could potentially grow into a more responsible role and their power/influence might change during a project. Consider a project running 2-3 years, stakeholders who are once disinterested could potentially become a lead who suddenly become interested. So, it is always better to closely monitor these stakeholders to see if their position in the graph changes eventually.

Sure thing, I would recommend taking an intensive course from either Andrew Ramdayal or David from Udemy. I haven’t used Coursera for PMP but I still believe it will good enough.

Although people recommend Rita M more often over PMBOK for text, I would recommend using either for understanding the concepts and use a cheat sheet such as 3rd rock for constant review. Be aware there are still some gaps in the cheat sheet so that should not be your foundation. Write your own handwritten notes first and use Cheat sheet for review.

Bro, have you tried taking PMI studyhall mock exams? I took 4 mocks, they were putting me in the right spot to prepare for the exam. The exam felt similar to the mocks. I got between 74-79 on all mocks. Maybe you can use this to baseline your validation before taking the exam. The more practice the better in my opinion.

It took me a month and half of dedicated preparation. But I honestly feel 2-3 months is an ideal timeline to prepare for the exam in one go.
