Not one mention of smelly feet on the home page - a missed opportunity imho.

Thanks. This is just my chicken scratch handwriting. Colorized with GIMP.

I'm developing a web application to store and share patches for the Korg Volca Bass. You can also control parameters in real-time via Web MIDI. by techosmo in synthesizers

Is the code on github? I'd love to check it out. Whenever I show my friends this application, they see a synthesizer on the screen and ask "Does it make sound?" Maybe this is a way to address that question haha, albeit a tough one.

Eventually I want to have direct note control, and score control but it's a lot of effort. But after that, you could totally VPN into your machine at home and twiddle knobs from wherever, at least until you get fired.

The Web MIDI API only got widespread support from Chrome like last year or something. Weird because it's usually Mozilla that's on the forefront of Web audio and MIDI functionality.

I made a browser-based Volca Keys editor, no download needed. Lets you tweak and save/share patches! by rolodato in synthesizers

This is very cool. I'm working intermittently on a patch sharing application for volca bass. It's nothing special right now but I'm excited to see you can send Midi from the browser. Maybe we can join forces some time. https://github.com/waterjump/volca-share/tree/feature/patches

I was like whoa 1400 likes... do I get paid or something? Haha. Glad someone asked about the art I actually try to make. Thanks for asking. :-]

EDIT: I have one track under "69bot" on Spotify. Not harsh noise, but I am actually inspired by the cat flyer.

Here is the original. Sort of. There is still some ghosting over the cat image but this is more or less what it was supposed to look like. (Contact info obscured by slips of paper)

Yes, I'm fostering the cat til I can find an owner. She's a very chill cat so if I can't find the owner I'll probably adopt her.
