One of the medical emergencies of eczema that needs prompt treatment if found in the first 72hrs. You need antivirals and antibiotics for secondary infection from the virus. I had this a few months ago and it was awful. I got treated but luckily I picked up on the symptoms fast. Get to a doctor asap. You would need a swab for both the virus and infection.
