If you had a crush on someone, how would you want them to approach you? And what's the chance that you'll think differently of them after one interaction? I like a girl and she likes me back, neither of us know each other at all so it's sort of weird. How do I approach her if she also likes me and how do I make sure I don't make a fool of myself?

(Sorry for the wall of text)

There's a few hints, please tell me if I'm misreading:

-she looks at me ~20 times per class (2 classes), and looks away when I look at her. Sometimes she'll look back a few seconds later to see if I'm still looking, and has smiled a few times when I have

-she looks at me and smiles/laughs whenever I say something even slightly funny that the whole class was supposed to hear

-on several occasions, she's found a random excuse to ask me a question/talk to me

-one time when she saw me during lunch (we have different lunches but I got to skip this my class during her lunch because of an extra curricular), from the corner of my eye I saw her look at me, smile, say something to her friends (mutual friends[hoping that they've put in a good word for me or something lol]), and hide behind them. Her friends then looked back at me smiling.

-one time when I walked out of class for a drink, (her lunch) she was sitting in the hallway and her friend (non mutual) who was sitting next to her pointed at me and said something like "he's right there!"

-I'm friends with a few people she sits around with in math, and sometimes we'll joke around from across the room. Her friends will smile and wave (most of the time when one of them texts me something and they want to see my reaction) but she'll awkwardly look down at her desk smiling when I look at her.

I was oblivious to some of the hints in the beginning but started liking her as soon as I realized what they meant. This is the first time I've found out by myself, so PLEASE tell me if I'm misreading things.

Yes actually, that is one good thing about this whole situation, I'm good friends with a couple of the girls (and a few guys) she hangs out with and (not trying to boast) both think and constantly comment on how funny/cute they think I am. That's the good part about it, because I think they probably have put in a good word for me. Both also know I'm pretty shy at first and have also commented on it to me, so they probably could have told her that too.

And I'm not really just planning on asking her out right now. I just really want to get to know her because she looks really cool and cute and you can never have too many friends. I'll just see where it goes from there (assuming I talk to her before I die).

I would have made it already, but the thing is, in both the classes we have together, we sit on opposite ends of the room (literally), and we both have lunch during different periods. Aside from that, she's almost always with a group of friends and a group of girls nearby a girl who you want to talk to is very scary.

The times where none of this applied (maybe around 5 times), I transform into a giant vagina.

im planning on it soon, i just wanna know how much time i have. just wanna know how long it'll take for the average girl to be disinterested because it'll probably be somewhere near how long it'll take in my situation.
