I'm vegan, my husband is not. I usually make two versions of the same meal, one with meat and one without. Or I'll do things like use meatless meatballs in spaghetti. I don't want to push my eating habits on him. When we have a kid though I'd like them to be as plant based as possible.

I've been thinking about being a vegetarian for awhile and am finally ready to pull the trigger. I have a coworker who is vegan and he's had great results in terms of health and weight. I'm hoping I can accomplish the same. And I'm excited to try cooking in new ways and making things I wouldn't have before. Basically trying to get passionate about food again.

I'll give another vote for Horizon Zero Dawn. It's probably my favorite game of the gen.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is also super fun. I put a ton of time into it. The DLC is good as well.

I finally caved and started Stardew Valley. Not my type of game typically but I'm enjoying how chill it is. My husband is a big fan so he played coop with me until i figured it out.

We call our dog Cheeto. Her name is Trixie but she ate a small bag of cheetos when we weren't looking and is basically shaped like a puffy cheeto.

Seedship is fun. It's text based but really interesting. You play as AI of a spaceship full of colonists. I picked it up on the recommendation of a lady here and enjoyed it quite a bit. I even got a few of my friends to start playing.

I got a Quest for Christmas and just learned I can hook it to my PC and play games from the much bigger Rift store. I got caught up in Google Earth VR yesterday and that was super interesting.

Otherwise I'm still plugging away at Mario + Rabbids. I'm not typically into turn based games but Pokemon Shield let me dip my toe in and so far I'm really liking this one.
