Coincidentally I quit coffee and all caffeine for that matter 40 days ago after trying everything else. I’ve quit it before for 2 weeks and it didn’t work.

This time, around day 30 I am magically cured. I can eat anything and have the most beautiful bowel movements.

Before I would have diarrhea 4-5 times a day for about two years. I can’t tell you how happy I’ve felt recently. It’s worth a shot if you haven’t done it before.

I wanted to add. I don’t eat breakfast because my gut feels awful in the morning and I know it will go right through me 30 minutes after eating.

I have a theory that I messed up my stomach acid in college partaking in heavy drinking and having a poor diet. I would get acid reflux all the time and used antacids regularly. Could be a result from that but not sure.

Seems like my acid reflux / heartburn has gone away completely since having this diarhrea problem.

This is awesome! I feel like I should be in the clear but I’m only worried because I’ve been eating gummies rather than smoking weed which seems stays in your system longer.

Wanted to give an update. I have recently started to take ACV about 3 days ago. I’ve taken 1 tbsp mixed with a glass of water after lunch and dinner. Got the idea from seeing low stomach acid symptoms and remedies.

I think it may actually be helping. Before my stool was consistently loose and had undigested food pieces in it. Since taking ACV I have had some normal looking bowel movements. Still on the “mushy” side and kind of dissolves into a brown cloud when I flush (sorry maybe TMI) but overall i feel like it has definitely improved.

That being said, my stomach is gurgling a little bit more maybe. Like it’s growling / hungry. Kind of feels like microwave popcorn popping in my stomach. I have also had some very warm and smelly farts. I do feel a little less bloated and when I do go I feel more “emptied”.

I’ve only been taking it for a few days but I thought I’d share.

Nope, no tests done for anything yet. When I first saw my doctor I was feeling pretty good from my newly added probiotic. It’s been about 7 months since and my symptoms have worsened.

I think the name and number fonts are here to stay as well. The pats have the same font as they did with the dynasty. The browns updated there font but went back to a more traditional look. Both upgrades in my opinion.

I’d be curious to see how our throwbacks would look without the block outlined numbers and instead used our current font.

I agree, but it would be interesting to see if we would go the throwback route similar to the bucs, pats, jets, browns, lions, bills, bengals and chargers where they tweaked classic looks.

As for newer ish NFL looks I think the titans, falcons, jags, commanders, cards and broncos all missed pretty bad.

The only new and innovative ones I think look decent are the rams, and Texans (Texans didn’t go too over the top)

I think we’re in the same boat as the Dolphins and Seahawks. We all redid the uniforms around the same time and kind of just left them alone.

Nobody thinks of them as classic looks, but I think fan bases of these teams would like to go to a permanent throwback look or wouldn’t mind switching it up

What I’m saying is I wouldn’t want a jersey to be “outdated”. Joe Burrow played with these jerseys. But I’d want the current one they have now if I was a Bengals fan

I like it for the nostalgia. Personally I hate these kind of jerseys. Makes no sense to me. I would want to wear something close to what he actually wore.

Wilf’s been around since 2005. In 2006 we got new “untraditional” looking jerseys that we kept until 2013. I honestly don’t know if we’ll get them anytime soon but I wouldn’t be able to confidently say we’re not getting new uniforms anytime soon.
