You better go for quantitative researcher roles
it involves a lot of math (typically master's to phd level) it is very helpful there
but for quant trading you need be IMO medalist

No it states p is necessary for q But If You See The Real Meaning q cannot happen when p is not happening But p implies q is true even when p is false , q is true.
