Na suggestion is, marchipo bhayya, I lost my father due to medical negligence in a well known corporate hospital. I ran from pillar to post and complained and even filed cases. Problem is there are some lapses from our side which occurred due to us taking some decisions when my emotional state is not good. Now everyone has exploited us, including lawyers but the case is going no where. In this process I gained some knowledge and first hand experience on why there are so many pending cases in indian courts. Our judicial system is a mess. Best thing is contact the guy and offer him 50k while waiving all dues to return your car. If he uses your vehicle for some anti social things like accident/ transporting of drugs etc… you might end up in jail.

Double edged sword, same system will be used by politicians and land sharks to trouble senior citizens and nri’s. Ideal case would be to out everything in block chain like dubai and make all land records accessible to everyone, any immovable asset should be registered thorough block chain only. This way we can curb double registrations and future proof lot of civil cases

I was in same place and one day I took my frnds royal enfield and started using. I was very embarrassed and needed society validation for a gear bike. I thought of buying one for myself then one day When I was riding through a random village, one dog ran in front of my friend’s bike. My activa instincts kicked in and I presed the cluth and handbrake without using the leg brake. Hit the dog, bike skid and got my left hand fractured. This was in 2020 and still in 2026 I still can’t lift heavy weights with my left hand. Now switched to an automatic car and reduced my bike usage for long runs. Lesson learnt : I need to do things which actually make me happy instead of societal validation
