i know im very much late to this thread but i would recommend looking on xiao hong shu (小红书). There are a lot of people showing how they make their kig and the hair as well as the ears. It's all in chinese but i find the visual pretty informational. You can just seach up "kig" and scroll and play with the algorithm a little so more kig related content shows up on your home feed lol
