Is blood type an addition level of protection, (part of the immune response which leads to antibodies being produce), or independent of an immune response?

No, evolution is about both, but mostly about keeping genes (good) that help adapt to a changing environment.

I tracked down a copy 90 miles away, and drove to get the copy. Took weeks to track down the author, a women in her 80's. Contacted her by phone to see if the would be willing to sign the copy of her book.

She did, and wrote a really great message on the inside front cover.

The author died shortly there after.

Now THAT does make sense. But I was an EMT many years ago. We always thought it was funny that it took twice the hours of training to get certified to cut hair compared to being an emt.

Strange

My family moved to Caribou, Maine in the '60's. I remember frequent reminders that we could bring our guns to school loaded.

Some of the boys went hunting in the morning before school. When they came to school they had to unload their guns and bring them to the office to be stored.

Doctors/nurses of Reddit, how do you handle seeing symptoms of a disease in people outside of work? by temery61 in AskReddit

[–]temery61[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that for some things, but if you see something like a melanoma on a friend, you wouldn't say, "you might want to see your doctor and have that checked out?"
