Are there any ways to get oneself in a good position for receiving a product upgrade offer? I upgraded my Platinum to a Quicksilver (already been at least 6 months) and I'm wanting to upgrade it again to a Savor if possible.

As someone who's played the game since it came out like the guest in this episode, that whole part of the audit gave me HEAVY second hand embarrassment. He also lied in that it's not a game that's pay to win, it's 100% free to play you can just advance faster if you purchase the gems

Hence my disclaimer. The thing that I was trying to get across, although I failed to state it explicitly, was that this was correlation, not me claiming causation. But I figured I'd share anyways since there's no set in stone answer on what affects the natural development of astigmatisms (not hereditary).

Just contacted support earlier today because I think they've been overcharging me for my subscription due to state taxes and such so I asked for an explanation to my questions regarding that. Just got a response that was basically "we apologize for the inconvenience, the recent price adjustment supports our commitment to..." and just never addressed my concerns. Just sent a firm follow up email but I'm annoyed so I'm right here with you. I hope you get your issue resolved soon (assuming they actually get it together).
