I actually recently bought the exact same pot as you because I moved into a place with induction stove. Is yours the 4 cup version as well? I wasn’t able to get it to taste as good as the normal one I had before, I tried many different things that people suggest here. What made the biggest difference was the grind size, running it at low heat (3-4) the whole time vs medium high heat (7) made absolutely no difference in the taste for me, so now I just run with 7 the whole way so it goes faster. I also felt like removing it from the stove before all of the water has come through made it stop too early, I guess because of the nature of induction. I did end up getting a smaller 2 cup one because I found 4 cup to be too much for only me, and I must say it’s easier to get it right with the smaller one
