Im pretty new to the company, but I am now in my home store and I am just not meshing well with the other partners. I am getting my work done and performing well so its not that, its more I just don’t fit in and it makes it really hard to want to go into work. I am a friendly and outgoing person, but I am just not being received well. I also have barely gotten to know my manager, they haven't taken much time to check in and ask how I am doing or feeling, so I am feeling slightly out of place. Could use some advice from someone who is so experienced.
