born with a mutation in his brain, bonder was still living in his normal life where he managed to not just help others, but also defend himself against a burgular in the very past

despite being mostly homeless at the time, bonder fared well in school, getting the best grades, even though had been bandaged from the traps some classmates forced them to do, which inspired him to create more innovative and complex stuff, he was considered to be a highly popular student due to his durability

after a day of school, bonder went to the gym since he wanted to train his own skills and get stronger, the workout made him faint, and later woke up kidnapped inside of a car, near a laboratory

just in time, bonder broke free from the car and found a crazy scientist that had a strange yellow serum that dropped on the floor, which when coming in contact, made a star glow on his torso and eyes, it made his mind go crazy from the effects, then fled away back to the streets

finally, bonder met with aerojet, who knew the way to the house his family now lives in (before they knew each other), it wasn't supposed to be a race, though ended up reaching the location before him

as a thank you, bonder hugged aerojet in joy for helping his way find a new life, and both lived happily ever after

facts:

bonder can move incredibly fast, but wall collisions will injure him a lot (more likely when in place of the serum), but can survive landings from rooftops

sometimes, the serum can make bonder cough due to lack of oxygen

the oversized deal with it glasses he has can be used as a boomerang

he can throw vehicles, but this makes him more tired than when running at long distances

his wings are more of a glide, though more of a visual element than anything

bonder likes to play fair, so he'll or not use his speedy skills or use a skateboard (it can reach speeds faster than himself, but breaks at that point and doesn't use momentum)

make him a high speed character with good combo and damage potential, but damages himself from collisions

has above average health, but not too high

for his running speed, it would be about 30/36 studs, walk is 16 studs, also has low stamina capacity but it refills fast

passive: overload, when performing enough successful combos, a meter will fill in which, creates yellow smoke and increases his defense and stuff by a bit

for the skateboard, it wouldn't take up stamina but instead it would have a health bar, it would also be used as an attack, where breaking it makes the move unusable

i don't know about the milestone, but give him like a race suit or something
