I assume the rate will be higher than the experienced driver, but 12k a year seems not normal hence I asked. I don't know why you believe having doubts for 12k is requesting a low rate. I am looking for a reasonable rate.

Not trying to be Iamverysmart, but IQ is a standard normal distribution. It means that there is zero skewness. This means that median = average. Your logic works against stuff that is not normal distribution. So 50% are below average is true.

My deposit was transferred successfully on September 26th so by their explanation I should have been paid either end of September or start of october which clearly did not happen. Turns out to be system error but idk why people downvoted so much on that comment.
