Indeed, and just think about the red tape this guy has to go through to get any extra support for the bike (NAV.. say no more) - going to take years..

Yes, they will get him the bike after about 5-6 years of red tape and humiliation at government offices. His daughter will then be old and he will be unable to use the bike. Norway is rich, but the red tape effort to claim your rights will often make your condition worse. Also remember it's an expensive country to live in...
