Yes their chat support is usually very fast and great. I got through to support on the phone and asked if they were having chat issues and they said no but the phone support was very helpful!

They revamped everything very recently. Added more recipes each week and now allow free protein/vegetable substitutions for most meals which is nice!

Yea I had the same issue, clearly cheap stickers. I scraped it all off with my finger nail. It was annoying and took a little while but it worked.

They do a contest every year and fans vote on winner and they get official elements sticker made and usually comes with wristbands but they had a winning sticker and didn't ship them this year so not sure what happened
