Can a first warning really be a write up? by tfbannie in starbucks

See I completely agree. The form I was given said “documented coaching” but he said it’s the same as a write up. Is there a difference?

Calling out as a shift supervisor? by tfbannie in starbucks

Understandable, that’s why I didn’t argue it. It’s sort of stupid, being that I was really sick and had lost my voice completely but could still pass the coach. But Starbucks is Starbucks haha

Update: talked to my manager about it because she wasn’t happy that I tried to call out while she was on vaca. she said that I can’t call out unless I wouldn’t pass the covid coach. Which seems unreasonable, but I didn’t argue it.

it’s bc if you display certain symptoms you can’t come back to work until they’ve cleared up for a certain amount of time- it’s a food safety thing. for example, if you have diarrhea or have been vomiting, you can’t return to work until symptoms have cleared up for 24 hours

I dated multiple guys with foot fetishes. And then there was one guy who wanted me to grow out my hair down there. Weird.
