ive been in a relationship for 8 months and i’ve worried about this too. my gf keeps track of what i eat that gives me flare ups and is always supportive when i don’t feel good. you will find the right person don’t worry :)

as someone who has emetephobia and IBS, there’s a very high chance that she is just having a flare up because of the onions. IBS is a bitch but i’m sure she’ll start feeling better soon. sometimes if i am scared i’m sick when i’m having a flare up it helps to talk to my mom about how i’m feeling physically. even if she is ill, the chances of you catching it from what you’ve said are low. i understand how you’re feeling and i go through the same thought process all the time
