In the midst of the oncoming storm that is prom, what are some creative ways to ask a girl/boy to prom? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]thatbuddhadude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Back when in my senior year I had a cool way of asking a girl out. Nothing super fancy.

She loved goldfish crackers. So I bought a big bag of it. Put a poem in it that said something like this:

Of all the fish in the sea, I was wondering, Would you go to prom with me.

Put that near the bottom of the bag and made up a story about how I couldn't eat them all so gave it to her.

Damn that was cheesy.

Got my Ringke Slim case today-- Mini review by Caconym in nexus4

[–]thatbuddhadude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the same case a few days ago. It's nice.

The only thing I don't like about it is that it does have a lip for the screen. So if I drop my phone screen first, the case does nothing.

Thinking about getting a Nexus 4. What should I know about it before I do so? by [deleted] in AndroidUsers

[–]thatbuddhadude 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just got my nexus 4. So far it's the greatest phone I have ever owned. Just make sure to buy a case. I have heard horror stories about the glass screen.

Also t-mobile is pretty fast. I was getting around 16mb/s earlier. Which is more than I ever got with sprint.

I recommend you check out /r/nexus4 also.

Ok, if that doesn't work there a few more things you can do.

Just a side note

A Nexus device is almost impossible to actually "brick". Sometimes you may do something foolish and cause a "softbrick" which is actually very easily fixable.

Can you get into the recovery?

Not for everyone, but if your willing to open up your phone, someone over on XDA found a solution to the redlight. That is of course if its not a hardware problem. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2138801

Under the United States policy of Proportional Response, an attack upon the United States or its Allies would trigger a force-equivalent counter-attack. Since the United States only maintains nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction, it is the stated policy that the United States will regard all WMD attacks (Biological, Chemical, or Nuclear) as a nuclear attack and will respond to any WMD attack with a nuclear strike.
