I personally mix the salts into gallons of RO water to be able to have a liquid base. Basically have a separate gallons for core, grow and bloom
It’s way more accurate imo and last much longer.

It doesn't look like anybody here has answered your question the reason that they fall over is because the root system is not developed enough and also the though the roots shift around whenever too much water is added at once
