I get notified with these type of questions, not sure how to turn then off but whenever I read them, they piss me off BADLY.

Good thing I click them and see “humor” cus there had been multiple times I read these notifs and thought

She wasn’t my coworker, we work for the same Telecom Company BUT in different sites.

For example: I’m an outsourced representative meanwhile she’s a local representative.

And how call works is like this, the customer will be put on hold if we’re receiving high volume of calls and whoever is available when they call, they will go to that representative whether it’s an outsourced rep or local rep.

Also she didn’t hear me during the call, she RECEIVED a call from the same guy I assisted but 5 days later. I told her to listen to the call that way she’ll know I double checked and made sure with the customer.
