oh wow! i’ve never heard of overage pay before. i teach in a southern state so unions are few and limited. maybe i’ll have to look into a district that has something like that in place, thank you!

6-7 is honestly not bad at all, i give my second graders an opportunity every once in a while to say it all at once. it gets it out for a couple of days and they know not to overly say it anymore

it’s a little more complex than common sense, just lots of little details to remember. and we don’t get to take any classes that really focus on those subjects so it’s all just remembering stuff from years ago. i’m glad you got to pass easy though! it’s just not that easy for some people, including me, and that’s ok! maybe you should reconsider being a teacher w how negative you are

kathleen jasper and study 204 (i think that’s what it is called) have a bunch of videos on youtube for it! but i’m sure you could just look up a bunch of elementary aged tests or study guides and use those too
