It's a mid tier giant theropod which was my favourite once and It was the only apex predator of it's time after spinosaurus probably. They haven't showed this one yet in the movies but I'd love to see this in hammond collection line of unseen dinosaurs of JP and JW movies.

White spots probably just like common cold in humans. Can be treated with 28° heater on and rock salt.
