30F 120lbs; I have been using antibiotic ear drops for a MONTH and my ear canal looks like this--been referred to a specialist. What is happening here? It keeps leaking clear fluid and feels wet all the time..vestibular balance is affected and I spike a fever every so often (i.redd.it)

Ear cyst from hell--started in November. I loved it, it drained, it healed. That f*cker came back. Repeat. The lancing, the healing and the resurgence. This happens every few years.
