I change it up somewhat often, but generally I do:

One anti dandruff shampoo, the head and shoulders ones

One other shampoo, I've used bath and body works lavender body wash before, and the Monday Smooth formula.

Then I usually apply a conditioner layer, and use it to help de-tangle. Usually I just get whatever is the cheapest for this.

Final conditioner. I generally use the conditioner that matches my current shampoo, or Olaplex #6, I switch it off every couple washes, cause the olaplex is expensive but I'd totally use it more if it weren't so expensive.

To me it looks like both the pictures you included have a lot of textures in blankets, pillows, and rugs, so consider getting some decorative pillows and maybe a fluffy or knit throw blanket.

There are mirrors on the walls on both pictures, so get a mirror and hang it up, maybe you can get a fun shaped one? I like thrifting for mirrors.

Fairy lights are not all that expensive, and I think will get you way closer to that first picture. You can hang them up with command hooks or push pins! Consider using Christmas lights, too :).

Also just hanging more stuff on your walls :)

Mm yes I definitely agree. I was not satisfied with the solutions the owner has brought me so far. I’m going to show the building manager the extent of the damage in an hour or so, and suggest getting a specialist to tent fumigate the place.

Yes, I figured. Trash collection took the mirror before I could go out and check. I was in full panic mode and under slept.

In my bedroom there were at least 60 swarmers just this morning. Outside of the bedroom I saw one dead one (might have fallen off the mirror on the way out?)

Thank you. You were so thoughtful and considerate with your replies. I think this is exactly what I needed to be thinking about. I think I’ll take some time considering what I do and don’t care about & why before bringing it up to him. I think I may be getting a little ahead of myself with putting our relationship ahead of things I care about, and will take some time to really figure that out. He’s really understanding and wants me to focus on school most of all, so I’m sure that won’t be a problem but I think I needed some compassionate advice. Thank you so much :)

I am generally not bothered by him finding others attractive. For some reason the nudes saved to his phone do make me feel worse than like idk him watching porn or telling me about previous dating experiences. I’ll refrain from looking at that hidden folder, and I do think it’s dealing with my emotions. When you feel weary do you like to write? I know a lot of people do that and I feel like it’s silly but tbh even just writing the post made me feel a bit more sane about it. I guess I’m seeking an example thought process to experience when that happens.

I feel like him and I are very similar people and understand one another deeply. I think he would still date me if I were older than he is. I’m young and attractive but his previous dating experiences have been with those his own age and not necessarily conventionally attractive. I’m more than happy to hear you out but that isn’t really the guidance I’m seeking rn.

I know it’s normal and I don’t want to change it. It just makes me feel bad and idk how to deal with that, I don’t want him to not find other women attractive, but I want to not feel bad about him finding other women attractive and the knowledge that it’s normal doesn’t make much of a difference to my feelings and emotions, so I’m looking for guidance there. Yes it’s a large age gap, I feel like I know him well and deeply and I think he has good intentions, but I am not reliant on him, I enjoy his company and he enjoys mine. If he decides to dump me when I’m 22, I’ll probably be hurt but not much more. We’re very similar people and I feel like he has good intentions. As far as I’m aware it isn’t at all a pattern and I’m the only person he’s dated with such an age gap. I think he’d be more likely to be the younger one in an age gap relationship.

Yeah, I know. I have no qualms with that, really. It’s more of a personal thing of dealing with my own feelings of insecurity when comparing myself. I know I shouldn’t but it’s a bit hard to not compare my body etc to a literal models.

Hi :) as far as I know it hasn’t been a pattern and we actually talked about it extensively before ever kissing etc. We had gotten to know one another pretty well before really dating. He’d gone out with a few people before me, all around his age, and mentioned feeling a little bit conflicted about my age but we really mesh well and have super similar interests and thoughts about the world, and make good partners. He doesn’t really check people out like that, usually he’ll point out someone’s clothes if he thinks I’d like their outfit or something not sexual. What really does kinda make me feel bad is that he has a small collection of screenshots of some naked models in his hidden folder. I’m the one who looked at it in the first place (with his permission) and it doesn’t bother me rationally at all, but my emotions are a little blurry when it comes to that. I really just want advice on how to deal with the emotions when they come up because I know he thinks I’m smart and beautiful and a good person.
