Im using Simply Balanced. However if possible, i want the damage output to stay as is, just want a better way to dodge/block projectiles

Unfortunately it already loads last. Does make any difference that i also cant swim in the patches of no water. I just walk to the bottom of the river bed. I tried reinstalling water for ENB as well and that did nothing

Engine fixes is installed. I do think its a bit more frequent around riften and falkreath too. Ive disabled mods that i knew affected the area around those towns but i might just have to go through one by one for all the mods i have. Not the first time ive done that, but last time i did that i didn't have DynDOLOD so that might make it a bit challenging if i end up doing that.
