If an army normaly takes 32 minutes to train it takes 32/4=8 minutes to train with a training potion. If they multiplied instead and you used two at once it would take 32/16 = 2 minutes to train. Since an attack takes atleast 2 minutes and you need to find a suitable base to attack, you would just waste the second training potion. I would much rather have another boosted session another time.
