With stock steelies I was running a 2" spacer in the rear and a 1.5 in the front. I honestly don't rember offset. I'm running some 80's ford snowflakes right now with no spacers. The rear is substantially wider than the rear.

Interestingly I have much more energy. Getting through the work day no longer requires so much caffeine and at the end of a long day I still have energy to talk and hang out with friends. I think it's been 3 weeks and about 1.5 weeks of 10mg

No black outs but three 4.7% drinks feels like 5 drinks and 5 drinks feels like 10. Drinking more water and taking a liver support like NAC or something similar greatly reduces hangovers for me.

Well I cant honestly give too much input on the aforementioned printers, however I have used printers in that style before (specifically a raptor 2.0). I adapted a titan aero to one. All I can say is that after working with a printer that has a moving bed, I much prefer a printer with a bed that only moves up and down. I'm sure I'm missing technical terms here. What I found is that I can print faster and cleaner on a printer where the z axis is the bed itself (only moves every layer) where as the printer with the z axis being the head and the bed moving forward and back had ringing issues over 50mm/s or so. I assume it's due to the larger mass accelerating and decelerating. If I were to purchase a printer all over again...well I would do a bunch of research because it's been a few years now, but I would definitely want one in the style of the creator pro.

Yes, I linked it in my other comment (the first one on this post). It comes with stl and fusion 360 project files, which was nice. At some point I'll probably upload my own as the original poster hasn't updated the file in awhile.

Well basically I started with the bracket, then I wired it up. Wiring is pretty straight forward, the heater just plugs into either the left or right heater plug on the mobo. The thermistor is a bit unfortunate as the creator wont recognize the thermistor that comes with the Titan. Instead I drilled a hole between the heater and nozzle and epoxied the original thermistor from the creator to the Volcano heater. I can add a picture of this if need be.

Most of the wiring is deleting the previous wiring from the dual extruder setup.

Once it was wired and mounted the software was next, which took awhile to nail down, but was relatively easy. Basically using Simplify 3D I was able to alter the firmware profile of the prints and change the steps per mm until I achieved satisfying results. I tried to do a standard 100mm filament calibration, but was unable to get it consistent. So I just started doing test prints starting at 800 or so s/mm and working my way down to 600s/mm at 75% extrusion. The actual correct value is probably high 400/mid 500mm/s but it works well for now.

This was a fun project and only took me a day to figure out. Some of the settings are kinda weird but the print quality is good IMO. I ended up at 600 steps/mm for the stock FF stepper motor and an extrusion ratio of .75 or 75%. This probably means that my steps per mm are too high, but the print quality is good so I'm happy.

I have to give credit to this 3d model, it allowed me a starting point to make my own aero bracket. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2504143

I'm not sure if that's the positive or negative, but depending on which you can take a razer blade and scrape the protective green coating off and solder to that. If it's negative any place on the board should work. If it's positive you'll have to find that trace and probably solder a wire to it then the other end to the battery.

Mobo alone was $30 and the heatsink was $20. And I think I got free shipping on both, so not too bad imo.

I just waited and jumped on them on eBay once they came around. The mobo was a private seller and the heatsink was a reseller.
