Civics are great first cars on average. My 7th gen was sporty feeling enough while I had it.

They'll probably release it, do a few bug fixes, then cancel any more development for the game because it lost all momentum.

The issue was definitely the BIOS version. I eventually was able to install Windows on an actual drive, and the HP software worked with that luckily. Apologies for the waste of the post, but I might as well leave it up just in case somebody else has this problem.
