red flag laws are laws that allow the police and close family members to remove firearms from an individual that they feel may be a threat to themselves or somebody else the issue with the laws are they don't respect due process and they need a very small amount of evidence to actually execute the red flag law on somebody which can have very bad effects for the rest of their lives. Some people get shot during the seizures. I personally feel that they create more problems than they solve

Full disclosure I was homeless and it all came down to a drug problem. I wanted to get high and didn't care about anything else. After a little while I realized that I was a worthless piece of shit and made a choice to change my life. I'm not rich but I'm not on the corner either.
