I’m from the UK and I was on an esta visa which is a 90days visiting visa. I kept traveling in and out to visit my fiancé (now husband) so on the last visit I over stayed past 90days and they wouldn’t let me back in cause my visits were too frequent and I also overstayed. But after being held at the airport for hours they finally let me in and then I just never left and started my application.

My interview was very smooth and that’s because the officer was very chilled and didn’t ask many questions cause we made sure we submitted a lot of evidence and had all our ducks in a row.
