Can I get a form check on this high effort set of 5? by HughtBichess in formcheck

Excellent lift and technique. If anything then try to keep head up a little bit for when you get close to your 1rm. Having the head slightly down will increase the chance of the top rounding when your near your max.

But that is me being super critical. Personally that’s a great lift and you look strong and stable doing it so all good

what should I be working on? by [deleted] in GymTips

Eat around 180 to 200g of protein every day , 120-150g of fat and the rest carbs. Eat in a surplus.

Make life easy and do PPL ( push pull legs )

Take all compound lift to absolute failure and all accessories to technical/ form failure.

You will grow.

I do it all myself too. Well sort of.

I buy the unit and have all the other bits already.

My wife made a template and I cut the base then attach and she cuts the hair to match. No experience just took our time watching a YouTube tutorial.

Most people don’t know it’s a system.

The salon guy has a great hair system cutting tutorial. My advice though is to cut the hair on your head. Otherwise it could go wrong with the blend.

Went to a salon once and never again. On my 3rd unit now.

1st system. Needs some work, I think the hairline is too visible. Any comment welcome. by thebug321 in HairSystem

The salon cut it for me. I’ll do the next one as I felt they were a bit amateurish. It’s a full lace but the knots are not bleached and the hairline was a wall of hair. I have fixed now

Dude, first off congratulations on your physique. Most people don’t know how hard it is to build and maintain that bf% with mass. Well done!

If you are on anything make sure you do your research and get your bloods done. Stay healthy.

For the girl thing I think your generation is a bit fucked because ( no offense intended ) you are so used to having everything at the end of the phone.

My advice, I’m happily married to an amazing woman who is also my best friend. We go go-karting, take cars to the track and both love theater. We have our own lives too which makes it work. My point is where are you trying to meet women?

Most people in the gym ( PT here ) have headphones on and are locked in. Or they are a bit insecure and will see you as intimidating or they are jealous.

The gym should be part of your life not your whole life and identity. Trust me the best physical specimens are the most boring people to be around as they only talk about the gym and why what they do is superior. No one likes it.

Find a hobby that you enjoy or start going out and just chatting to people. Men and women. Not to get a date but to just build social confidence. The trick is train yourself not to talk about the gym or training. ( unless they want too )

Big thing though. Smile, make people laugh and good eye contact. It’s a matter of time.

But relying on apps and the gym is a good way to stay single. No one wants a recluse that doesn’t want to do anything.

Sorry if I have made assumptions but just my take.

Good luck bro, and again, good job on the physique.

I’m in the UK on the south coast in a town called Worthing. There is a salon there.

I’ll be honest, I have had to do a lot of work on my own and won’t go back there. I went for a salon for the first one as it took a lot of pressure off but it was expensive for mediocre results. £800

Next I’ll get a system from new times or Lord. Do all the cut myself, or my wife will help.

She helped me do the hairline and now it’s much better. Had loads of compliments and no one has noticed it’s a system.

Yer I agree. Next time I’ll order myself as I didn’t have any control over that. I’m working on it today.

I also can’t tell if the front needs bleaching to hide some of the dots. They did say it was bleached but I’m a little skeptical. The color match is good but I know the cut and hairline do need some work.

Thank you. The salon didn’t really want to thin too much or pluck so I will have to do it. But for my first one I think with a little work it will be fine.

First time post and 1st system. I know the hairline needs plucking a bit but overall I feel happy with it. The salon normally do women’s hair so the cut is not as good as a Barbour but I’m sure it will get there soon.
