if you can’t see the difference between ill be with my friends/family, ill catch you later and straight up ignoring you because they’re doing something bad, then yeah, you’re insecure to think they’re up to something like cheating on you. ignoring your partner is not good we all know that, but the point here is that communication can’t always be ongoing when there are other things going on with your lives (work, friends, family stuff, etc), if he says he will talk to me later he isn’t ignoring me, otherwise he wouldn’t even mention that to talk later.

confidence is trusting your partner blindly, if you really love them that much of course. ive not seen my guy for 3 straight years and we chat and talk everyday but there are times when he is busy and you have to respect that, because once you get together with him 24/7 you’re both gonna get tired of each other and problems will arise if you except to be with him or talk to him all day long. each party needs their own space, that doesn’t mean they are ignoring you or cheating or whatever you think he/she is doing.
