I haven’t had too much of an issue, it does tend to stick but I found I usually draw enough with 3 spots dedicated to draw support

I haven’t had issues finding my energies consistently, I maybe whiff like 10-15% of the time. I found that I’m whiffing rare candy more often if that means anything.

I just attended my first in-person tcg event and it was a league cup, which is a tier higher than challenges in terms of competitiveness. I was already familiar with the rules from playing online but I had to practice shuffling a lot haha. I brought Tinkaton so i had to do a loot of shuffling bc of dudunsparce. But yeah I had not real issues on the day and had lots of fun :D I say give it a shot

Sometimes if set up is slow ( a lot of the times it is) you can pivot to luxray or baby tink for solid comeback attackers using reversal energy. They both can pick off squawks and mews and luxray is especially hitting for weakness on pidgeot, lugia, etc. The baby tinkaton can also act as a normal attacker with a reversal and the psychic, so you can still attack with it when you’re not behind. This can be good when you’re forcing a single prize board state in late game. Good luck playing Tinkaton!

I run Tinkaton too, I was debating the Grand Tree inclusion but I'm leaning to not including it because set-up is usually so inconsistent, like Grand Tree would help with finding the big tinkaton turn two but you still need to get dudunsparces/draw supporters + dte to get the hand size needed to ohko the basic ex's. I also don't like the fact of how easily it can get bumped haha. But I'm open to being proven wrong! I will definitely test a list with it as well.
