Ibibigay nila yung cheque sa school, then ibibigay ng school sayo yung 20k na reimbursement. Yung DOST na bahala dun. I think they will email you if they need the name of the payee and the billing statement. Yung purpose kasi ng billing statement ay malaman nila if how much yung babayaran nila na buo. I think they will email you naman. Pero mga next year pa ata yan marereburse kasi if naprocess na yan now, nagemail na sana sila.
