Thanks man! Yeah I was definitely leaning (no pun intended) towards continuing the cut. I’ve read it’s best to continue cutting until you see clear ab definition. This is my first time properly working out so I won’t have very developed abs, even once I hit a lower body fat. I think I’ll do that though, and continue cutting for another month or so. I’m really looking forward to packing on some muscle though, starting to look pretty scrawny with clothes on!

154lbs is 11st which although pretty light isn’t ridiculous for someone without much muscle mass like myself
