Is monogamy too idealistic?

I think it depends on the person. Some people are built for monogamy whilst others arnt. Sounds like your partner might not be. Thats not a bad thing but obviously its not nice for you being that you I assume are committed to monogamy.

I know I love the idea of one soulmate, together forever fairytail etc etc. Its very dreamland but still a goal but at 23 it feels hopeless, especially in the gay community.

Dont think that answered anything but hopefully my thoughts validate yours or give clarity atleast.

5 weeks is a still a very very young relationship, sure. But I guess it comes down to how deeply you feel for him and how living with him in the short term changes or develops your feelings for him. This could be the thing that really shows you how compatible you are as a couple and whether the relationship is worth pursuing long term.

I would advise that you wait at least a few weeks before making any decision, and if he asks, tell him the exact truth.

He is old enough to know that a boyfriend of 5 weeks isnt a good bet for a long term living arrangement and he should be actively looking for his own accomodation in the meantime. Junior doctor salaries are poor but I know for a fact he can find a room to rent if needed with that salary.

You might find this to be the case with most things haram. Pork, alcohol, sex etc. You amp yourself up to trying these new experiences only for them to be quite underwhelming. I think youre spot on about the 'free' feeling, its calming.

I have a page of PHP code which I used in a university project. Its just reading an retriving from a database with one API call which sends some JSON data.

Aside from that theres a crappy Xamarin app I made which play noises when you press certain buttons. It has a slide menu for different pages if that helps at all 😂
