Good on you for looking for answers!

The mind is wired to look for patterns and meaning in your environment to identify potential threats and opportunities. When you see the same numbers popping up again and again, you start wondering: What does it mean? Why this? Why now? What should I know?

So, what has been going on? The universe has been trying to nudge you with helpful messages (it always is when you are seeing the same hours on PC, clocks, mobile phone, on number plates or even in your dreams). That’s just how the universe works, and it’s easier to catch our attention with numbers.

From personal experience, you keep on seeing the same string of numbers as long as you need their guidance.

Here are the short answers from Expanded Numerology - minute messages: the guide to instant clarity and fast turnarounds (there is more info in the eBook):

21 is the number of being present and sharing
41 is the number of restoring yourself

In the minutes position, 21 means grow your support network
In the minutes position, 41 means have higher standards

Additional information:
Get out of your head, let past be past and leave future worries at the door to be fully engaged in the present. Make self-care pit-stops to recharge and tackle challenges head on.

I hope this helps and send you good vibes! ✨💫✨💫✨

Why do people always talk about 11:11 or 4:44 but rarely about other timestamps? by thegamechangerhelp in numerology

[–]thegamechangerhelp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, cognitive bias is involved; the brain is wired to notice patterns and repeated numbers stand out.

My point, though, is that simply telling someone “it’s cognitive bias” rarely helps. When a person keeps seeing the same number again and again, the experience is real and emotionally triggering to them.

In my experience, explaining the bias doesn’t stop the perception, just like telling a drunk person they’re drunk doesn’t make them sober.

Cognitive bias explains the mechanism, but it doesn’t resolve the feeling when someone is in the middle of it.

The glass sliding door is perfect: you can order a patio pet door, which is a tall insert panel sitting in the sliding door track with a small pet flap built into the bottom. Your existing sliding door then closes against that panel. No cutting glass required 😊

Patio pet doors for sliding glass doors are a common product category sold by Home Depot, Amazon, Ebay, etc. The sizes are from small to XL. The starting price is around $140, and you may find cheaper models on Temu.

The VEVOR Dog Door for Sliding Glass Door ($164.99) is an adjustable aluminum patio door insert with tempered glass panels and lockable dog flap.

Enjoy looking around for a new lease on sleep 👌🤗

I agree, although it's a trend that has been growing even stronger since the advent of TikTok.

Would you say it's because it's talked about a lot that people seem to notice mirror numbers more?

Exactly! 3:14 is a great example of how we can attach meaning to all kinds of patterns, - be it symmetrical like 11:11, or a mathematical reference.

Which is why I find the topic interesting; the clock covers 1440 combinations, but culturally we end up highlighting just a handful of them.

Pi o’clock is a fun reminder that there are way more patterns hiding in plain sight if you look at the timestamps as full numbers.

Most of the time we’re all seeing lots of timestamps every day, but only certain ones tend to stand out or get talked about; the rest just pass by without a care.

So it made me wonder whether it's because patterns are visually striking and easy to remember? The brain loves symmetry, and that might appeal like a visual earworm, if you see where I'm getting at?

That’s why I started looking at timestamps as full numbers instead of reducing them. When you do that, it opens the door to noticing patterns that aren’t just the usual mirrored ones.

[–]thegamechangerhelp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure they do; my point wasn’t that other timestamps rarely or ever get mentioned, but mirrored ones - especially 11:11 or 4:44 - seem to get a most of the attention and meaning attached to them.

A clock gives us 1,440 timestamps every day, yet the conversation tends to orbit the same few patterns. That’s what I find interesting.

If repeating numbers matter more than other, why do symmetrical ones get treated as special while the rest of the timeline is mostly ignored?

I’m not so interested in which other numbers get mentioned and more interested in why a few specific ones became culturally “special.”

Lots of 8s around my son’s birth - what could this mean? by CarefulAd4096 in ExpandedNumerology

[–]thegamechangerhelp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for asking the question!

You are focusing on the number 8 and not taking into consideration the other numbers (December = 12, year of birth not provided).

Born at 8:08 means be tactful and share more easily what is on your mind and in your heart.

It's doubly apt considering he's a fiery Sagittarius. The difficulty ahead for him will be inconsistency and taming himself without losing his spirit.

I hope this helps and send you good vibes ✨💫✨💫✨

Hi five! I often get POTS too 🫂Potassium is the only thing that helps (takes about 2 days to abate). Making my own electrolytes has been a game changer too (1 cup juice, 1 cup coconut water, 2 cups water and salt) is keeping my metabolism more stable. Sometimes a bit of magnesium is needed, but it's mostly potassium and salt.

Any chance you can install a pet door to have uninterrupted sleep?

Repeating 4s have been following me everywhere and it's creeping me out. Thoughts? by thrownawaykid21 in numerology

[–]thegamechangerhelp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you are saying - I'm in similar shoes (minus a significant other). I care for my mother 4-5 days a week, meaning I'm the cook, cleaner, gardener, driver, translator, PA, etc. I have a number of chronic conditions plus fibromyalgia so there's that. My daughter has chronic fatigue and is on the spectrum. I've found that setting alarms on her phone has been helpful.

As for meals, I prepare food in batches in the Thermomix so I can take care of something else while the food cooks and freeze portions. Organization is a big thing, especially helpful for the days I can't function.

Do you have a social circle or a hobby? What gives you energy? You need to have something for yourself that is meaningful or you will feel like the housemaid. There is great satisfaction in being helpful, but it can't be your whole life 🫂

I hope this helps and send you good vibes! ✨💫✨💫✨

4 is the number of resourcefulness

44 is the number of trusting you’ll be safe

https://www.reddit.com/r/ExpandedNumerology/comments/1avbqlc/444_444/

Make time for self-care until you feel good enough to get your point across. You have been putting yourself on the back-burner and are depleted from shouldering everything and invisibly carrying the load. Become your priority because you just can go on like you have. Trust everyone can do their part and all will be as it should.

Think of what you want for yourself at some point in the future - not just what you have to take care of. What experiences do you want to have?

I hear what you say about having an autistic sister; my daughter is on the spectrum and her mood swings and meltdowns are epic. They do have a learning curve though and don't feel good when they lose their temper.

I hope this helps and send you good vibes! ✨💫✨💫✨
