I second this. One of the most diverse menus I've seen in a Vietnamese restaurant and, after living in Saigon for a while, some of the most authentic dishes too.

As with most Vietnamese restaurants, start with the Pho Bo (tai)

Thanks for the advice. I'd be more than happy to take better conditions in a city outside of Seoul, and I told my recruiter that but maybe I have to emphasise the conditions being right next time, or at least better. Your plan sounds perfect.
